I’m easy to talk to and I’m not stuck on myself with one of those attitudes that the inspector is always right. If I’m shown that I have looked or misinterpreted something incorrectly I will always be willing to change my opinion when inspecting a job.
My prices for most interior finish outs start at $975.00. When I start working for your company I will discuss pricing and try to set the prices so they are constant so you always know what to charge your customers.
I do not charge extra for travel time or distance to your jobs anywhere in Texas.
Anyone involved with the job is always welcome to call me and ask questions. I would rather clarify my interpretation of the TAS Standards before something is installed rather than have to reject an item at the time of inspection.
I do understand and use construction tolerances and a little common sense when inspecting your project. I do not inspect items that are not in your scope of work or items that may fall under others responsibility.
I always try to represents your company in the best way I can when talking to owners, architects or sub- contractors on the job.
